Wildlife Aid membership is open to anyone over 18 years of age, and costs $15.00 a year. You can join as a financial member only, volunteer your time for animal rescue calls, become a foster carer, phone operator, fundraiser the choice is yours.

Wildlife Aid also need sites suitable for release of rehabilitated and relocated animals.

Wildlife Aid members are required to undertake basic training before they are allowed participate in rescue activities, foster carers must undertake species specific training and inspection of there facilities before they are allowed foster an animal, an experienced carer will be appointed to them as a mentor until they are competent themselves.

Wildlife Aid relies on fundraising activities, public donations and sponsors to fund the operating expenses of the group. Equipment and foods are subsidised by the group but our members still carry a percentage of the costs incurred in the rehabilitation of the animals.

If you wish to play a part in the future of Australias native fauna and become a member of Wildlife Aid, download our membership form, fill it out and send it to the address on the form. Applications for membership will be heard at the next meeting of the association, and you will be notified when your application is approved.
